Thank you for sharing, Jan. I am definitely someone who gets “tech neck” frequently from screen time (9:49pm and I’m hunched over a computer…oops). Do you have any information on techniques to lower screen time in working individuals and/or stretches to help combat neck and back pain stemming from screen time? Thanks!
