Goal:
Goal#1: Promote chronic disease awareness and prevention, specifically focusing on low-income and underserved populations.
Strategy Description:
Lower the incidences and mortality of lung cancer in Allegany County by providing cessation services and education. Ultimately, through cessation services and education we hope to see improvement in chronic disease management in our County's population.
