Today’s “Mindfulness Meditation” seminar was very helpful! I enjoyed it very much. Clearing your mind and being in the “now” for a few minutes definitely helped to recenter the day and focus on the task or tasks at hand.

Worksite Wellness 7 years, 3 months agoThis past summer and fall the ACHD Wellness Committee encouraged a different employee each week to bring in fruits and herbs to infuse a large container of water each Wednesday. This was a huge success and the Wellness group has decided to keep Wellness Water Wednesday going. This is an easy idea you can introduce in your worksites.

I made a mistake in entering the data so there was no jump. I do want to talk to Aaron about the steady decline in numbers enrolled in MA and get his thoughts on why. Are more people getting commercial insurance?
