Data Narrative
- A list of current members and meeting minutes can be found under the documents tab of this action group. Attendance is recorded with the meeting minutes on the documents page.
- Attendance is recorded with the meeting minutes on the documents page. A general LHIC Workgroup meets bimonthly (on even months), and other workgroups meet as developed (i.e for Needs Assessments &/or Action Groups for goal areas).
- The Community Health Improvement Plan- is updated regularly, as reports are received ,and/or revisions are addressed/needed.
