Now is the time to prepare for Open Enrollment which starts on November 1 and continues through December 15th. During Open Enrollment you can purchase health insurance from Maryland Health Connection for 2019. You will need a good estimate of your expected income for 2019. If you are self-employed, talk to a CPA, tax adviser or financial planner if you are unsure how to estimate your income.
